Honey: 2 parts Orange Blossom, 1 part Desert Blossom Sweetness: Medium-Dry

Mostly orange blossom honey, this mead is medium in sweetness, slightly acidic and warming.
Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled. Experimentation encouraged!
